A new feature film from Barney Douglas follows a group of Maasai cricketers from Southern Kenya as they fight to change the treatment of women in their community. Journeying to the UK to take part in an amateur tournament, the team use the buzz around their travels—and the respect they garner from tribal elders upon their return—to change attitudes towards FGM (Female Genital Mutilation).
