Dutch director Thessa Meijer talks about the video she made for the singer and fellow Amsterdammer Suus de Groot (aka Sue the Night), bringing to life the second release from the indie songstress' forthcoming album, Wanderland:

“Mind Dear is a feel-good song about facing life’s ups and downs with a light-hearted attitude. When I first listened to it, the images of a dog show popped into my mind almost immediately. Where else can you find such genuine feelings of nervousness, jealousy and severe disappointment in such a joyful environment?

“Luckily, Sue the Night agreed and within a week we were shooting at one of the biggest dog shows in Europe.”
