And so, after masses of air kisses, outfits and hangovers, Darcel, our stalwart style hound, has finally reached the concluding stretch of his journey and landed in the City of Love. Here in the French capital, any road-weariness will undoubtedly be shrugged off as he embraces all the fabulous fashion Paris has to offer. From Chanel’s spectaculars at the Grand Palais to the sartorial parades taking place both outside and in the tents in the Tuileries, Darcel will be there as a witness while musing on some of the all-important questions: will John Galliano go for pirate or pompadour this season? What scandal will local rogue Olivier Zahm find himself involved in? And which way will the A-list swing tonight—sleek glamor at the Ritz or sweaty shenanigans at Le Baron? Only one more week to go!
