Watch the first trailer for the David Bowie biopic, 'Stardust' which is the origin story of  the UK's most reverred musicians, an artist who was ahead of his time for civil liberties, equality and gender expression.

It features actor and singer Johnny Flynn as Bowie, setting out on a tour of the US and creating his new intergallactic persona, Ziggy Stardust.

The official synopsis reads, "Stardust offers a glimpse behind the curtain of the moments that inspired the creation of Bowie's first and most memorable alter ego, Ziggy Stardust capturing the turning point that cemented his career as one of the world's greatest cultural icons"

It is slated for release on November 25
