The New York Flip

Serves one

• One egg yolk

• 1/2 oz cream

• 1/4 oz simple syrup

• 1 & 1/4 oz bourbon

• 3/4 oz Tawny port

• Nutmeg
 

1. Put all contents into a shaker. 
2. Shake straight up.

3. Pour into a coup glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
