Director Kibwe Tavares is known for his videos fusing live action with futuristic CGI, including his viral breakout film Robots of Brixton. With his latest offering, set at a rowdy outdoor music festival, the London-based filmmaker captures an unlikely love story between a coddled performer and a happy-go-lucky festivalgoer—who just happen to be a robot and a scarecrow.

Jack O’Connell, who rose to fame with his character in British teen drama Skins, and The Borgias star Holliday Grainger, embody the title roles in this unique film about freedom and romantic connection—a project which was made with the support of Vero, a social network that offers the next generation of artists, filmmakers and musicians a platform to share their work online.
