To celebrate the start of their new season, the New York City Ballet enlisted legendary photographer Peter Lindbergh and his long-time collaborator, Stephen Kidd, for a new film.

The fashion heavyweight lends his signature romantic style to an atmospheric portrait of the talented dancers due to step onto the stage, set to original music by composer Guillaume Gesquiere.
