When Stuart Lawson's brother Jonathan was stabbed in a street fight, the two boys vowed to learn to protect themselves – and took up kickboxing. From the moment he entered the dojo – or ring – Stuart was captivated, ending up a two-time world title-holder and twice crowned best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. In 1997 Jonathan, Stuart and his twin brother Alex set up the Paragon gym in London's Shoreditch, where Stuart is now chief instructor and where this documentary was shot.
