New York-based Welsh writer-director Claire Fowler talks about her film, Noodles, a reverse-narrative account of young love, starring Pretty Little Liars actor Shane Coffey:

“The film is about the kind of intense love that you experience in your teens and early twenties—the kind that flames so bright it’s almost painful, and then it dies out, leaving an indelible mark. The story is told backwards in the same way we revisit memories of a relationship after it’s over.

“We try to figure out what went wrong and why, all the while heading towards that very first meeting and happiness.”
