Season 5 of Charlie Brooker's highly disturbing yet completely engrossing Black Mirror series launches Wednesday 5 June 2019. This sci-fi anthology explores a twisted, high-tech near-future where humanity's greatest innovations and darkest instincts collide.

In the first of the three trailers, Miley Cyrus stars in the episode titled "Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too”, as a pink-haired popstar who releases a mini digital version of herself. As you would expect, this Alexa-like device comes with trouble. 

In this trailer for "Smithereens", Andrew Scott (Sherlock, Fleabag) stars as an unhinged taxi driver who kidnaps his passenger on a day that gradually spirals out of control. 

Anthony Mackie (Avengers, Captain America, 8 Mile) stars in "Striking Vipers" as an unhappy father and husband. After meeting with an estranged college friend, a series of events are triggered that could alter their lives forever. Watch the trailer for "Striking Vipers" here.
