In a bid to highlight how words change meaning depending on the gender of the speaker, photographer and director Skye Parrott has invited a selection of actors to choose iconic monologues from cinema, and reenact them exclusively for NOWNESS. The result is He Said, She Said, and kicks off with fast-rising English talent Lydia Leonard, who recently dazzled audiences with her portrayal of Anne Boleyn in Hilary Mantel's Wolf Hall. Honing in on David Mamet's stage-to-film adaptation Glengarry Glen Ross, here Leonard turns the classic salesman-under-pressure role on its head.
