Filmmaker Timothy Jacob Elledge takes to the streets of New York for the latest release from British alt-pop outfit Febueder, taken from their forthcoming EP, From an Album. Here, the Brooklyn-based director talks about his inspiration for the video:

“The inherent soul of Febueder’s music begs to be grooved to. Some initial inspiration was definitely the work of choreographer Marc Breaux, who is responsible for the chimney sweep scene in Mary Poppins. Our street sweeper is of the same ilk.

"Working with dance was a new challenge for me but our choreographer and lead dancer, Kilo V Martin, made it very easy. He vibed with the track from day one and exceeded my expectations. Watching his catharsis through movement was beautiful and instilled in me a whole new appreciation for dance.”
