The Twin Peaks and Dune director has emerged from quarantine to revive an unorthodox series of weather reports he used o sporadically post on his website during the early naughties. 

Without fanfare or special effects David Lynch provides a hyper-localized weather report from what looks like a bunker filled with retro items in his home in LA. With Lynch's captivating speaking style and peaceable demeanour, no one need know what the actual weather is doing near them.
