One of the most cherished David Bowie performances of his career is The 1980 Floor Show, recorded in London and broadcast exclusively on American television for The Midnight Special on November 16, 1973. This was Bowie's last performance as Ziggy Stardust—his cosmic alter ego.

Taped over three days in The Marquee Club in London's Soho, the performances include segments from singer Marianne Faithfull, roch band The Troggs, Spanish flamenco act Carmen, singer Amanda Lear and multiple costume changes.
